Cocktail Hour ✨🥂

Let's make a Passionfruit Mojito 🍹⁣
You'll Need (serves 1) -
15mL sugar syrup
25mL lime juice
Pulp of one passionfruit
5–8 mint leaves
50mL rum
Soda water
Garnish: mint sprigs
Garnish: half a passionfruit

Method -
1. To a tall glass, add sugar syrup, lime juice, passionfruit pulp, unbruised mint leaves and rum.
2. Add crushed ice and churn with a spoon until that bad boy’s fully mixed.
3. Add a wee dash of soda and add more crushed ice to cap the drink with a generous dome.
4. Garnish with some healthy as mint sprigs and half a passionfruit.
