Client Intro
The University of Newcastle Student Living Awards 2025 was a celebration of connection, recognition, and colour. We were honoured to bring their vision to life! Our goal was to create University of Newcastle corporate event styling that felt immersive, vibrant, and cohesive. In addition, the event brought together students and staff for a night that beautifully balanced prestige with playfulness. As a result, the design captured the dynamic energy of campus life while elevating it into something unforgettable.
The Design Brief
Firstly, the brief called for a bold and lively aesthetic that would transform the Great Hall into a destination. Secondly, the university wanted styling that celebrated diversity and creativity, while also feeling refined and professional. Because of this, we designed a look that fused Moroccan warmth with luscious textures and florals. Rich teal linens, coral drapery, and custom signage anchored the space in vibrant sophistication. Ultimately, our University of Newcastle corporate event styling became a perfect reflection of the organisation’s youthful energy and community spirit.
Key Styling Highlights
To begin with, we introduced large drapery installations at the venue entrance. Featuring coral, terracotta, and burnt peach tones creating movement and anticipation from the moment guests arrived. Inside, we layered textures and colour pairings which created visual depth and inspired fun. Our University of Newcastle corporate event styling approach ensured every element flowed seamlessly, resulting in an experience that felt curated rather than themed.

All About Florals
Florals took centre stage in shaping the visual identity of the event. Our team crafted bold, textural arrangements using seasonal blooms and tropical fruit. Similarly, these organic compositions brought movement and freshness to each table, bar, and lectern, adding vibrancy under the soft event lighting. For this reason, the floral styling became a defining feature of the University of Newcastle corporate event styling, connecting every element from entry to stage.
