Amy and Robert’s earthy styling at The Woodhouse Wollombi was a celebration of warmth, connection, and nature. Because our couple wanted a day that felt personal and grounded, we designed a setting that reflected their story. As a result, the celebration felt relaxed yet refined, with every detail curated to complement the venue’s charm.
The Design Brief
Firstly, Amy and Robert’s vision centred on earthy tones and organic textures. Secondly, they wanted a style that blended seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Because of this, we incorporated native botanicals, natural materials, and a soft colour palette. In addition, they asked for the styling to flow from ceremony to reception. As a result, we created a cohesive design journey for their guests from the very first moment.

All About Florals
The florals for this wedding echoed the heart of our earthy styling at The Woodhouse Wollombi brief. Native textures and seasonal blooms brought depth and structure. We balanced these with soft roses and greenery, the arrangements felt abundant but never heavy. In addition, the ceremony arbour and bridal bouquet shared the same botanical palette for consistency. Not only that, clusters of smaller arrangements along the reception tables kept the look airy and intimate.
All About Graphics
Our in-house design team carried the natural theme into the stationery. Because the couple wanted a cohesive feel, menus, seating charts, and signage shared a soft sage and white colour palette. Similarly, a delicate blue gum illustration became the signature motif, appearing across multiple pieces. In addition, modern typography kept the look fresh and contemporary. As a result, the visual journey for guests felt seamless from start to finish.
