Couple’s Intro
Chloe and Mark’s day in the Hunter Valley was filled with warmth, romance, and connection. Their Peppers Creek Barrel Room wedding styling brought together the rustic charm of the space with refined touches that reflected their personalities. Every detail worked together to create an atmosphere that felt inviting, intimate, and full of love.
The design brief
Our couple wanted styling that enhanced the character of Peppers Creek while adding softness and flow. They were drawn to natural tones, romantic candlelight, and floral details that felt both abundant and relaxed. Our role was to balance the venue’s strong features with thoughtful layering, ensuring the design felt cohesive from ceremony to reception.
Featured pieces from our collection
Linen tablecloths – fresh white linen softened the timber tones of the Barrel Room and gave the tables a clean base.
Linen napkins – paired with the tablecloths, soft napkins added texture and luxury to each place setting.
Mixed dinner candles – different heights of natural-toned candles brought warmth and atmosphere to every table.
Stone candle holders – grounding elements that introduced texture and tied back to the venue’s earthy palette.
Glass dinner candle sleeves – practical and stylish, these created a refined finish for tall candlelight and ensured a steady glow.
Clear Gio votives – small but impactful, these glass votives scattered soft light across the tabletops.
Modern cocoon vase – sleek neutral vases held delicate floral stems, adding height and a modern edge to the tablescape.
Stone candle plates – layered beneath glass cylinders, these provided balance and cohesion with the natural styling.
Glass pillar candle cylinders – filled with flickering pillar candles, these brought vertical rhythm and glow to the bar and feature tables.
Timber wishing well – styled on a wine barrel with candles and signage, it became a beautiful focal point for guests to leave their well wishes.
All about florals
The floral styling was soft, textural, and romantic. Cream and blush roses were paired with cascading amaranthus and natural dried elements, creating arrangements that felt lush but not overwhelming. In the Barrel Room, low centrepieces and feature arrangements flowed seamlessly with the candle styling. At the chapel, a statement installation above the altar framed the couple beautifully, while Chloe’s bouquet tied everything together with soft pinks, whites, and fresh greenery.
Custom graphic design details
Our in-house design studio created the stationery suite and signage that guided guests through the day. From the crisp white welcome sign to the detailed seating chart, menus and place-cards, every piece was designed to complement the styling while offering clear direction. These small but essential details meant the guest experience was effortless and visually seamless.
