Jessie and Steve’s Shoal Bay Country Club wedding styling was fresh, vibrant, and oh so fun. Natural light spilled in through open windows, the ocean sat just a few steps away, and the space was filled with colour. The vibe was warm and welcoming from the moment guests walked in, with music, conversation, and glowing candlelight.
The design brief
The brief for this Shoal Bay Country Club wedding styling was to create something fresh and coastal but with bold hits of colour. Jessie and Steve wanted the space to feel lived-in and full, not too polished, and still make the most of the venue’s natural light and open-plan feel. We worked with a palette of reds, corals, and pinks, flawlessly showcased by Francis Floristry’s floral designs. The idea was simple. Style a space that looked good and felt even better to be in.

Custom graphic design details
The couple’s graphic pieces were minimal but thoughtful. A fabric welcome sign, a curved blush bar menu sat among the flowers, catching the light from nearby candles. The perspex wishing well echoed the clean lines of the other signage. Fonts and colours were kept consistent so everything felt like part of the same story, tying seamlessly into the Shoal Bay Country Club wedding styling.
The Event Artists difference
This Shoal Bay Country Club wedding styling came together in a way that felt relaxed but still intentional. Every piece, from the florals to the candlelight, had a purpose in creating the atmosphere Jessie and Steve wanted. A place for their people to gather, talk, eat, and celebrate.
