Romantic Garden Wedding at Redleaf Wollombi

Couple’s Intro

From the moment we met Emily & Sam, we knew this Romantic Garden Wedding at Redleaf would be something truly special. Not only were they kind, grounded, and completely in love, but they also came to us with a vision that felt deeply personal and refreshingly refined. Because they trusted us wholeheartedly, we were able to create a celebration that felt like a true reflection of them.

Key Styling Highlights

One of the key styling highlights of this Redleaf Wollombi wedding styling was the beautiful transition from day to night. During the afternoon, guests enjoyed sun-drenched views of the Tuscan-inspired gardens, while by evening, hundreds of fairy lights glowed above the marquee, casting a warm and intimate glow. Because of this, the space felt magical from beginning to end.

Redleaf brings a European charm that we love to work with. Our timber bentwood chairs and natural linen napkins complemented the brick courtyard and climbing vines perfectly. Similarly, our layering of candles and textural blooms brought a romantic softness that balanced the structured space.

Featured Pieces from Our Collection

This Romantic Garden Wedding at Redleaf was brought to life using a curated selection from our styling collection:

  • French bistro chairs – Added an effortlessly chic European charm to the outdoor ceremony and pre-dinner drinks.

  • Louis lounge set – Offered guests a soft and stylish place to relax, creating cosy garden moments for conversation.

  • Louis coffee table – Paired with the lounge to complete the styled seating vignette and showcase drinks or florals.

  • Mixed neutral cushions – Layered textures and tones brought warmth and comfort to the outdoor lounge setting.

  • Mixed neutral throw blankets – Draped across chairs and lounges to offer guests extra warmth as the evening cooled.

  • Bentwood chairs – Created a timeless and cohesive look throughout the reception, complementing the venue’s warm tones.

  • White Hamptons bar – Became a central design feature for drinks service, clean-lined and classic in its profile.

  • Linen tablecloths – Added soft texture and refined polish to every dining table under the marquee.

  • Linen napkins – Brought consistency and calm to each tablescape, tying in beautifully with the neutral tones.

  • Pillar candles – Delivered height and warmth to the centre of each table, enhancing the ambient atmosphere.

  • Glass candle cylinders – Protected the candles from wind while creating a soft glow throughout the evening.

    Custom Graphic Design Details

We created the custom bar menus and table menus to tie the whole day together without stealing the show. The designs were intentionally clean and minimal, printed on ivory stock and mounted onto boards that sat upright on tables and bar counters.

The bar sign featured a modern serif font with generous spacing, elegant but grounded, while the menu at each place setting was shaped with a scalloped edge that echoed the softness of the table styling. These little details added cohesion without being shouty, and helped everything feel designed with purpose.

The Event Artists Difference

This Romantic Garden Wedding at Redleaf was a beautiful example of what we do best, styling that serves the couple and the space without ever feeling staged. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all weddings. Every piece we place, every item we hire, every sign we design, it’s all chosen with intention.

We’re the kind of team who gets excited about linen textures and candlelight placement, but also the ones who will remind you to take a breath and soak it in. From bump-in to pack-down, we’ve got it covered. Styling, hire, graphics, logistics and everything in between.
