From the beginning, Kaecee and Chris’ bold and romantic wedding styling had a clear sense of confidence.
Firstly, rich burgundy, deep red and soft blush brought warmth to the green surrounds of Redleaf Wollombi.
Meanwhile, velvet, warm timber and antique brass added depth to the softer floral details.
However, this wedding was about far more than a beautiful colour palette.
Instead, personal details appeared throughout the day in clever and unexpected ways.
In particular, books, custom graphics and playful late-night moments brought Kaecee and Chris into the design.
As a result, every space felt connected, yet each part of the celebration had its own personality.
Ultimately, this was a wedding that felt romantic, rich and full of character.
The design brief
Initially, the design brief called for romance with more colour, depth and impact.
Therefore, our bold and romantic wedding styling used deep tones against the soft garden setting.
Rather than relying on pale neutrals, burgundy became a key thread throughout the day.
Likewise, deep reds and pinks appeared across the florals, graphics and smaller styling details.
Meanwhile, exposed timber brought warmth and kept the palette grounded.
Additionally, antique brass added a sense of age and character to the reception.
In contrast, clear glass and soft upholstery kept the overall design feeling open and inviting.
Importantly, we also considered how the wedding would move from day into night.
For example, strong colour created impact outdoors during the day.
Then, candlelight and table lamps gave those same tones more depth after dark.
Similarly, the wedding colour palette moved from the ceremony to the bar and reception.
Consequently, the styling never felt like a series of separate ideas.
Instead, the whole wedding told one clear visual story.

Custom graphic design details
Firstly, custom graphics played a major role in making Kaecee and Chris’ wedding feel personal.
Most notably, the seating chart bookshelf turned guest names into part of the visual design.
Rather than adding names to a sign, each guest became part of a carefully arranged, custom built library.
Additionally, the books moved through shades of blush, burgundy, red and soft sage.
As a result, the wedding stationery design became part of the wider colour story.
Similarly, the ceremony welcome sign featured a framed painting with custom lettering decals.
Meanwhile, florals and velvet styling around the easel connected the sign to the ceremony backdrop.
Later, custom menus continued the graphic direction at each place setting.
Again, the muted olive tone offered contrast against the white plates and timber tables.
Consequently, our Redleaf Wollombi wedding styling carried the couple’s visual identity from the ceremony through to the final hours of the night.

Event floral design
Throughout the ceremony and reception, florals gave the bold and romantic wedding styling much of its depth, movement and rich colour.
Firstly, our ceremony florals worked with the layered white and burgundy fabric backdrop to create a strong focal point.
Meanwhile, deep red, burgundy, raspberry, blush and soft pink tones brought warmth to the open garden setting.
Rather than creating neat or tightly formed arrangements, we used height, space and natural movement.
As a result, the ceremony florals felt abundant while still allowing the backdrop and surrounding landscape to play their part.
Later, our reception floral design carried the same rich colour story into the marquee.
Here, smaller floral arrangements were spaced along the timber banquet tables.
Therefore, the florals added colour and fullness without blocking conversation between guests.
Additionally, varied heights worked between the vintage brass candlesticks and glass candle sleeves.
Consequently, the wedding tablescape design felt layered, warm and full of detail.
Elsewhere, floral moments helped connect key styling areas throughout the celebration.
For example, rich arrangements added colour and movement around the Hudson Bar and custom signage.
Similarly, smaller floral details helped bring the late-night pizza station into the wider design story.
Ultimately, our event floral design was created specifically for Kaecee and Chris’ ceremony and reception spaces.
By designing the florals alongside the furniture, graphics, lighting and wider styling concept, we could carry the same rich visual language throughout the day.

Key pieces from our collection
Louis dining chairs – Firstly, our Louis dining chairs brought soft curves and a classic shape to the marquee. Meanwhile, the warm timber frames worked beautifully beside the exposed banquet tables and rich floral tones.
Timber banquet tables – Similarly, our timber banquet tables created a strong base for the wedding tablescape design. Additionally, leaving the timber uncovered added warmth and allowed the candlelight and florals to take focus.
Table lamps – Throughout the wedding, table lamps created small pools of warm light. In particular, they helped the bar and late-night pizza station feel inviting as the light changed.
Vintage brass candlesticks – Meanwhile, vintage brass candlesticks added warmth and character to the reception tables. Furthermore, their varied heights gave the tables a more collected and layered feel.
Glass candle sleeves – In contrast, our glass candle sleeves added clean height and soft candlelight. Consequently, they created impact without blocking views or conversation across the tables.
Louis armchairs and lounges – Elsewhere, our Louis armchairs and lounges created comfortable places for guests to sit and stay awhile. Likewise, their detailed frames connected beautifully with the softer curves used throughout the bold and romantic wedding styling.
Hudson Bar – Outside, our Hudson Bar gave the drinks space structure and warmth. Then, rich velvet, florals and soft lighting turned the timber bar into a major styling feature.
French console timber signing table – Finally, our French console timber signing table added texture and character to the ceremony setting. Moreover, its warm timber finish sat naturally within Redleaf’s garden surrounds.
